It provides a simple way to remove the bearing race on a steering stem.

Opening size : 25mm-40mm.

Insert it into the stem.

Open it up until it is tight against the stem.

From the other end tap the tool out the lip on the tool. (as shown in figure)

And then, it will catch the race and pull it through.
